Our 65 m² apartment “La Clessidra” is composed of: a living area with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a TV and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with all the amenities you need to prepare and enjoy your favourite meals, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a private bathroom with a window and a walk-in shower. The property also has a balcony with table and chairs and a panoramic view of the beautiful hills of the Alta Maremma. Our apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning for each accommodation, heat pump heating, washing machine, TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout curtains and porcelain stoneware flooring. A single bed can be added on request. Maximum occupancy 5 people.

The “La Clessidra” apartment is located in Roccatederighi, a small castle village perched on the volcanic rock spur of Sassoforte. Its historic centre (about a hundred houses) is a balcony overlooking the Alta Maremma and retains its medieval appearance, with an almost fairy-tale look. Its isolated position on top of the rock offers an enviable view over the entire plain. The woods surrounding the area are ideal for relaxing and invigorating walks.
