Spacious four-room apartment located in Peschiera del Garda at 200mt walk from the lake, 200m from the Pederzoli clinic, 300m from the station, a few minutes from the historic center and near the cycle path. It consists of: entrance hall, kitchen, spacious living room, sofa, TV and small balcony, elegant double bedroom with large closets, second bedroom consisting of 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed and wardrobes, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Available 1 small external garage for bikes. For each check in sheets, blankets and towels will be provided once. CLEANING AND SAFETY In addition to the normal cleaning procedures, the accommodation is sanitized with bleach and alcohol based products, to make your stay even safer.
Access to the apartment is via SELF-CHECK IN, meaning that the guest independently opens the door and front door of the house via his mobile phone: -Before arriving at the apartment, the guest must compulsorily check in online via email, sending the data relating to identity cards - After checking in online, guests will receive a link via e-mail on their mobile phone, from which they can open the building door independently by pressing the "EXTERNAL DOOR" button and the apartment door by pressing the "APARTMENT PORT" button. - The guest will thus enter the apartment in complete autonomy. In the kitchen you will find the keys to be used for subsequent entries. Alternatively, if you prefer, the guest will be able to contact me by mobile phone when he is under the house and I will open the door and house door remotely. The apartment is located in a quiet but very central area, a short walk from the historic center of Peschiera and convenient to the main supermarkets (Penny Market, Migross, Famila), a few steps from the main bars and restaurants, where you can dine or enjoy a wonderful aperitif and take wonderful walks. At 300 meters walk from the apartment there is the train and bus station from which pass the main means to reach Verona, as well as amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva and Movieland.
