Hello, we are PMC, managers of holiday homes in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! The person in charge of check-in will contact you on the telephone number indicated in the reservation to organize your arrival directly with you. He will show you the house and give you the keys. CHECK IN time is from 3 pm to 6 pm. CHECK OUT must be done by 10 am. Being an apartment and not a hotel, there is NO reception or staff on site 24 hours a day. We therefore ask you to communicate your arrival time, and any updates on it, to the PMC person in charge well in advance so that he can be on time on site to welcome you. If you have requests, need information or emergencies during your stay you can always contact PMC here on the portal or whoever will assist you with check in and we will give you the help you need. Check out will normally be by 10 am. ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of receipt, so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Booking booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euros/day per person (up to 10 nights). Minors up to the age of 12 are exempt. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask for 10 euros per night for each additional person. 3) Animals: we usually accept small/medium-sized animals and ask for 5 euros per night for each animal. 4) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM 30 EURO to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 18-20 or early check in before 15.00). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE FEE WILL BE HIGHER.

Apartment located a few steps from the historic center of Sestri Levante and the famous beach of the Baia del Silenzio. Equipped with WI-FI, air conditioning and private garage, it is ideal for your holidays in the Gulf of Tigullio, to visit Sestri and the famous nearby towns such as Chiavari, Portofino or Moneglia and Levanto up to the Cinque Terre in about an hour's drive. Sestri is also 45 km from Genoa, the capital of the region of incredible beauty. Located on the ground floor of a building of four, the apartment consists of a living area with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table and an open kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare and eat meals during your stay: hob with gas burners, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen utensils and dishes. The French window leads to the terrace where you will find a small table with chairs. Next to it you will find the bedroom with a French double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and a second entrance onto the terrace shared with the living area. Finally, there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine that can be used during your stay. In the closet you will find a drying rack, ironing board and iron. There is free wi-fi, air conditioning with heat pump function for winter heating and a private garage. The bed and bathroom linen is provided by us based on the number of people in the reservation and is included in the price. Pets are allowed with a supplement. Near the entrance of the building you will find the condominium garbage bins that can be opened with a key that will be provided to you at check in. The gate to access the garages opens with a remote control that will be given to you at check in.

The house is located in the center of Sestri Levante, in a street parallel to the Lungomare De Scalzo, 300 meters from the train station and close to all the services you may need: the historic center is in fact a five-minute walk away with its shops, pharmacies, bakeries, tobacconists, bars and excellent restaurants. The first beaches are 100 meters away. Walking through the historic center in ten minutes you can reach the famous beach of the Bay of Silence. The first available supermarket is 250 meters away. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or by parking in the garage of the house and using the trains, you can easily reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or by following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, which are less than an hour away. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. A destination also loved by sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the heights there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
