All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property.

A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 8 PM check-in hours.

Check-in after midnight is not allowed.

A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival. You will have to pay it in cash. You should receive your refund upon checkout. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after verification of the condition of the accommodation.

For reservations of less than 4 nights, the security deposit is excluded, for reservations of up to 4 nights (and more), the security deposit is paid in full under the above conditions

For departure before the check-out time, you will have an arrangement with the property.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided. If guests want more during the stay the property can provide for the following extra charges: Bed linen: 20.00 EUR per person per stay. Towels: 15 EUR per person per stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform Olbia Luxury Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 10:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
