Comfortable apartment to go to the Cinque Terre and to the many places of scenic and historical interest. It is a few hundred meters from La Spezia railway station and is well served by public transport. The apartment is located in a neighborhood equipped with all types of services (market, bank and shops). The apartment has 3 large rooms for a total of 60sqm with oak parquet, air conditioning and wi-fi. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, living room, dining table and sofa bed. The space available to guests is well finished, bright, perfectly sanitized after each stay with an ozone device and full of small attentions to better welcome people from all over the world. Guests have access to every area of the structure and have access to a shelter reserved for bicycles and motorcycles
I'm Lorenzo the conductor of the structure, I like meeting people from all over the world. I will be happy to give information of any kind to guests to make their stay pleasant. I am passionate about the sea and trekking in general and very happy to be able to support in any way the people who want to know the 5terre and the surrounding area outside the usual itineraries. Guests can have a pleasure boat available on request to visit the gulf and the 5Terre.
A few steps from the historic center. Very well served by public transport that connect Lerici, San Terenzo, Portovenere and the hilly surroundings of the city. Under the house you can find bars, shops, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlors, bank, post office and every kind of service.
