The bathroom includes a bathtub, bidet, toilet, and sink with mirror. The open-plan alpine-style living room with fireplace has a panoramic balcony with little table and chairs offering wide views of the village and the Livigno lake. It also features a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table with bench seating. At your disposal: private garage, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, hairdryer, ski/bike storage, and garden with solarium. The Teola area is known for its tranquillity. Just a 15-minute walk from the centre (1 kilometre), the flat offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the village, as well as a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere amidst endless expanses of snow or flowers, depending on the season. The shuttle bus service 20 metres from the house allows you to reach the centre. The bus stop with connections to other parts of the village is 300 metres from the house. The nearest ski lift, Teola Pianoni-Bassi, is only 400 metres away, from which you can easily reach the slopes of Mottolino. There are also restaurants (La Stua, Duc de Rohan) and wellness centres within walking distance, where you can relax after a long day on the slopes (the Baita Montana wellness area).
