Located in Biandronno in the picturesque Lombardy region, Apartment Art Garage is between the 7 Lakes area. The location is particularly convenient for tourists, nature lovers, as our house is 100 meters from Lake Varese, 5 km from Lake Monate, 9.5 km from Lake Maggiore , and 45 km from Lake Como. If you want to do some shopping or visit the city sights, you can reach Varese in 15 min, Mendrisio and Lugano (Switzerland) in 30 minutes and Milan in 60 minutes. The guest apartment occupies the entire top floor of our house on a total area of 120 m2 and offers the following: 2 double bedrooms and each with an individual toilet with shower, bidet, hairdryer and bath amenities. Common kitchen area with equipped balcony includes dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils. The common living room with comfortable sofas has access to the balcony, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Accommodation includes European breakfast according to personal preferences, water, wifi, parking, towels, bed linen. For an extra charge we offer a personalized dinner and aperitivo time in the art zone on the lower floor.
The owner Irina is an artist (painting) and does art restyling of furniture. On the bottom floor of the house is an art zone we call "Art Garage." This art zone hosts private exhibitions, creative and music evenings and individual events. In this place, we offer l'aperitivo and dinner for our guests. We have two dogs, and the area where the guests are hosted is independent. Our dogs do not have direct access to it.
