Newly built apartments in 2021, a structure that respects anti-seismic and energy saving criteria, located in the center of Baveno near the Hotel AZALEA, near the church, 250 m from the embarkation point to visit the Borromean Islands, guests can use the hotel's services for free, swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas, private outdoor parking costing 5 euros per day (not bookable), or video-monitored garages costing 10 euros per day
