The House was originally a peasant dwelling, situated a 250 meters outside the fortified walls of the Castrum Sarzana, in the very first cultivated lands. We focused on the quality of the materials to get the energy certification of this dwelling is class B (in the family we are eco-friendly). We are only 200 metres from the old town, with the fortune of having a number of parking spaces (free of charge) in front of the House, now rare condition. Sarzana is a beautiful medieval town, with fortified castles and ancient stone buildings completely different and in excellent condition.
