The accommodation consists of an entrance to a large living room dining room kitchen a double bedroom a bedroom with two single beds which can be joined on request to become a 2nd double bed a bathroom with tub two loves verandas one used as a relaxation area with rocking chair and table and chairs for having lunch or dinner outdoors and a laundry room. Also available on request (for a fee) is the attic consisting of a single room with built-in kitchen, fireplace and wood stove and a bathroom with shower cubicle. Paid parking inside the courtyard subject to availability
The structure is located in a strategic position in the city near the motorway junction, therefore it is easily accessible and also offers the possibility of moving easily throughout the province of Arezzo. Nearby is the "Belvedere" shopping center as well as the "Aretusa" water park. The area is equipped with all essential services (supermarkets, tobacconists, bank, post office, etc.)
