Cà RosannA comes from an idea of the property to allocate part of the home to tourists and travelers in the continuous search for total personal well-being.
You will discover a typical rural stone house surrounded by the greenery of a lush garden and surrounding forest.
The structure is spread over two floors, with upstairs three bedrooms, with related services, which can be converted, if necessary, into two fully autonomous mini apartments capable of accommodating up to eight guests.
Cà RosannA is the perfect place where you can stay in total relax, find refreshment in summer, sip a drink in the pool, which it is exclusively for guests, stay warm next to the fireplace in winter.
Cà RosannA will be perfect for you.
Welcome to Cà RosannA, the B&B occupies an intimate and reserved space in a large wood dominated by a series of stone houses. The owners have decided to transform their home into the B&B "Cà RosannA". The guests of the B&B can use their own space for an outdoor breakfast, in complete relax, with a panoramic view of the garden and swimming pool. The use of the private swimming pool, reserved to the guests, will be appreciated for an overtime relaxing bath. The breakfast buffet will delight guests with top quality products and products from local companies. The surrounding forest holds a record of uniqueness due to the presence of age-old trees and several specimens of birds that are difficult to see elsewhere.
It is located in the village of Rocca San Felice, in upper Irpinia, a short distance from the Sanctuary of Santa Felicita and from the archaeological area of the Ansanto Valley also called "Mefite" - "an Italic divinity linked to water, invoked for the fertility of the fields and for female fertility "here you will admire how the earth boils, giving off one of the strong fumes of volcanic gas. Rocca San Felice rises in the mountains of the Campanian Apennines and overlooks the valleys of Ofanto and Calore. The ruins of an imposing Medieval castle dominate the center of the town from the hill, where we would find the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore; crossing the surrounding streets you will reach the summit and admire an enchanting landscape that extends from the Vulture massif to the top of Montagnone di Nusco, Terminio, Partenio, Matese and the Dauno Apennines. Definitely is important to taste the excellent "Carmasciano" pecorino cheese, with PAT recognition (traditional agri-food products), whose characteristics are influenced by the qualities of herbs consumed in the Carmasciano area, located in the Ansanto valley near the lake of sulphurous waters.
