Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all the facilities and all the necessary information about the accommodation. The customer care will always be at your disposal, by mail or by instant messaging app. The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Domus Nova is an ancient patrician palace forming part of the architectural frame of Piazza dei Signori, directly facing the Palace of Justice. During the Visconti domination, this building served as both the residence and office of the Podestà, and was also used to house judges. It is connected by an arch to Piazza Erbe and the Palazzo della Ragione, on top of which stands the statue of Enrico Noris. Palazzo Domus Nova hosts three rooms available for short-term tourist rental, offering a stunning view of Dante’s statue, located in the center of the square. The rooms have been preserved in a classic style, enriched with fine details and historical references. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE – The staff will suggest the nearest storage facility via email or phone. Please note that the property is located in or near a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and cannot be accessed by car, as it does not have ZTL access permission. NO PRIVATE PARKING – Customer care will direct you to the nearest public parking lot. Descriptions and Rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email in order to receive access information for the accommodation. You will be asked to provide your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online, and complete facial recognition for all guests – NO EXCEPTIONS. The contract will explicitly state that a security deposit must be provided via credit card as a guarantee against any potential damages. TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY) A daily amount per person, per night, is to be paid via payment link at the time of online check-in. Please note: We do not guarantee phone assistance after 10:00 PM. It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed under any circumstances.
