La struttura si trova all'interno di un piccolo condominio, a due passi dal centro storico, gode di una terrazza panoramica che affaccia sulla valle dei templi e sul mare, tre camere su 4 hanno un balcone privato. Si può raggiungere il centro storico a piedi dista 500 metri dalla via Atenea via principale del del centro storico di Agrigento, sotto casa trovate la fermata del bus che in t minuti vi lascia d'avanti l'ingresso della valle dei templi.
