Domus 19 stands on a building of the early 1900 and is located in the Beccaria area in Florence, home to one of the most important gates of the city. The renovation carried out in March 2019 made the structure attractive, fresh, bright and equipped. All the rooms, spacious and elegant, have been tastefully furnished by Raimondo (the architect) in a minimal / industrial style: everything is brand new, from mattresses to cushions, from furniture to metal four-poster bed frames, as the entire lighting system that has been redone. A common area has also been created with a terrace accessible to all guests, in order to enjoy the splendid Florentine weather from April to October: here will also be organized events and concerts for our guests. Books and hanging plants are the dominant theme of Domus 19, together with relaxing colors and two receptions with frescoed walls dating back to the early 1900s. The entire district is full of fervor, with its markets (clothing and food), the super cool neighborhoods (such as the Carceri, risen from an old prison), and the riverside (which is 5 minutes walk) with its events . 10 minutes walking distance from Campo di Marte train station.

Domus 19 is located in one of the most trendy and youthful locations in Florence; attractions and events 365 days a year, especially in the summer season, where festivals and interesting events take place on the riverside. Being located immediately outside the center (which can be accessed via Porta Beccaria in about 3 minutes), Domus 19 is easily reachable by car (with public parking available in the neighborhood on blue stripes at a price of Euro 1.50 per Hour and free on Sundays and in the time slot from 20:00 to 8:00) and is very quiet compared to the center, ideal for those looking ALSO for a relaxing stay.
