Welcome to our B&B, a charming "Terracielo" house typical of Chioggia, fully renovated in 2022 and located in the heart of the city’s historic center. Our property blends the charm of traditional architecture with modern comfort, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere—perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway or for anyone wishing to enjoy an authentic stay in a town rich in history and character. The B&B is spread over several levels, in keeping with the vertical layout of typical Chioggia homes. The original staircase, carefully restored, retains its historic charm. It is not particularly narrow or steep but reflects the features of traditional houses in the area. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, as we have chosen to preserve its original structure. If you have any specific mobility needs, feel free to contact us—we’ll be happy to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We offer three double rooms, each with a private bathroom, distributed across three floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find our breakfast room, a welcoming space designed to help you start your day in the best possible way. For those traveling by bicycle, while we do not have indoor bike storage, it is possible to park your bike just in front of the property, monitored by our external security cameras. As we are located in the historic center, private parking is not available. However, a convenient public parking area is just 200 meters away. Our B&B is tucked away in a typical calle (narrow street) of Chioggia, only 50 meters from the lively town center and about 1 km from the beautiful beaches of Sottomarina.
