B&B La Terrazza is located on Via Emilia in the center of Ozzano dell'Emilia. It is in a strategic position both for the center of the town and for reaching the city of Bologna, thus enjoying peace and relaxation during the night. It is also convenient to reach both the Bologna exhibition area and the Imola racetrack for the Grand Prix. The property is located next to a supermarket, the bus stop, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, bars and pastry shops. The strong point is the large terrace, equipped with table and chairs, where you can relax. There is an internal parking for the car. Breakfast is served in our trusted pastry shop (600 metres) that churns out hot brioches every morning accompanied by a good coffee or any other drink of your choice. The property has a private kitchen that can be used to cook meals at a cost of 20 euros to be paid upon check out.

The town of Ozzano dell'Emilia is small but has everything you could need. Next to the B&B there is a CONAD supermarket. A few steps away there are two bus stops (lines 94 and 101), ice cream shops, bars, a pharmacy and a small shopping center. 1 km away there is another shopping center where you can also find the COOP. The Veterinary Faculty of the University of Bologna is located approximately 2 km away. A few steps away there is a restaurant La vecchia locanda, which I recommend because it is really good, well-kept and good value for money, and other pizzerias, piadina shops, bistros and stalls for really tasty lunches and dinners. In 3 minutes on foot you can reach Cuppi's, the best smash burger in Ozzano and the surrounding area.
