AUTHENTIC FAMILY HOSPITALITY. Only one room of our apartment is available, so you will be the only guests present, you will have all the attention only for you. You will not be disturbed by anything or anyone. Large bright and comfortable room in the penthouse apartment equipped with heating, air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, WiFi. King-size double bed, two single beds on request. Exclusive private bathroom with tub. Large terrace accessible from your room, exposed to the sun from early morning and ideal for breakfast and relaxing aperitifs.   Breakfast included in the price; on request served on the terrace at no additional cost. The tourist tax is not included .
Hi, I'm Claudia, I work as an accountant, the only one employed in a textile factory in Rome. I was born and raised in the province of Benevento in a small mountain town. I have a husband Marco, a former retired sailor, with whom we dedicate ourselves to our little B&B. We rent only one room of our apartment, so you will be the only guests present, you will have all the attention only for you. You will not be disturbed by anything or anyone.
This is the house where I live with my husband. It is located in the center of a neighborhood where you can find all the shops and services. There is the subway and numerous buses just 30/50 meters away. Within 300 meters there are restaurants, pizzerias, rotisseries, sandwich shops, Mc Donalds, bars, patisseries, shops of all kinds, supermarkets, discount stores, pharmacies, cinemas, hospital park.
