On the first floor, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a LED TV is adjacent to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. This level also features a large balcony that connects to the outdoor area. The attic, bright and cozy, houses a double bedroom and a room with two single beds, both with access to the balcony offering panoramic views of the Val di Rabbi. From the ground floor, there is direct access to the private garden, equipped with tables, a barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A free parking spot is located near the chalet, and amenities include a laundry room with a washing machine and sports equipment storage.
