Born in Bardi, I took over the business of my parents and grandparents, agriculture and the breeding of dairy cows to produce mountain Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. Passionate about my valley, Val Ceno. Its history takes root in the distant Middle Ages, I like to think that other farmers lived here and I think it is important to maintain the memory of what it was to find ideas for the future of the young people who will raise their families here.

周边信息
We are right in the medieval center of Bardi with its narrow streets made of cobblestones from the Ceno river that passes below. The toponym Bardi derives from the name that distinguished the Lombard nobility - the so-called Arimanni who settled in this crossroads of valleys around 600 AD. Strategic position - confluence of Val Noveglia and Val Ceno - and case of geomorphology, the red jasper spur was entirely suitable for building a fortress. Wall chimneys, loopholes from which to pour boiling oil or shoot made it increasingly impregnable. So that over time even the rich families who owned the territories transformed it into a beautiful residence with frescoes and rich furniture.
