Property for exclusive use The farmhouse is on a hill at the outskirts of Poppi. The outdoor area features a completely fenced garden with lawn. The swimming pool (10x5 m,1.4m depth) is in front of the house. Guests can also use outdoor shower, 2 gazebos, 2 furnished loggias and a BBQ, a trampoline, a table football and a basketball hoop. The large covered terrace is perfect for outside meals. There is a provincial road just in front of the property. The villa is made of 3 bodies: the central section (14 pp) is accessible via the gr. floor. A ramp of stairs leads down to a living room, a spacious dining room with outdoor access and loggia, equipped kitchen, SPA with panoramic view (steam room, sensory shower, sauna, Jacuzzi x10 (available only if booked 2 weeks before arrival), relax area, 2 WC, 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower. The entrance leads to a 1st floor via staircase with 4 double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms in this section have TV, and a safe. There is also a lift for suitcases. Right wing: Gr. floor: apartment with living/dining room with cooking area and portable air-conditioner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. An outdoor staircase leads to the 1st floor: living/dining room with cooking area and air conditioning, a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower. Left wing Gr. floor: apartment with living room/lounge area and portable air conditioner, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower. An outdoor staircase leads to the 1st floor: small apartment with living/dining room with cooking area and air conditioning, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. The price includes linen (changed weekly) and utilities (not the AC 350 EUR per week, and heating). The SPA (open from 8am to midnight) is to be paid for at the property (300 EUR/day or 1000 EUR/week), available only if booked at least at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Activities and distances The farmhouse is the perfect starting point for exploring the typical food products and all the small hamlets and monasteries in Casentino (like La Verna and Camaldoli) and the entire Valdarno area. The property is about an hour’s drive from the cities of Arezzo, Florence and Siena. 50 meters bus stop, 600 meters Poppi's historical center (grocery stores, restaurants), 2 km Ponte a Poppi (supermarket, pharmacy, train station), 8 km Bibbiena, 35 km Arezzo, 65 km Florence.
