Hotel Bellavista is only a 15-minute walk from Assisi Train Station. It features rooms with free Wi-Fi, a panoramic garden with views of the city, and an outdoor swimming pool. This 2-star hotel offers air-conditioned rooms decorated with tiled floors and pastel colours. They come with a private bathroom with shower, wooden furniture, and TV. Guests can enjoy the relaxing garden equipped with tables and chairs. The outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and is provided with parasols and sun loungers. Entrance to the swimming pool is included for all room types except for the economy room. In the morning, the Bellavista serves an Italian breakfast that includes sweets and coffee. The large restaurant offers traditional food from Umbria. Most of our rooms have an internal view. Some rooms may have a roof window. The hotel is located 2 km from the centre of Assisi, and 15 km away from Perugia Airport.

"Please note that the swimming pool is open from the end of June to half of September from 9:00 until 19:00 daily.

Our swimming pool is also open to the public, but for Bellavista guests there is a reserved area with sunbeds and umbrellas, subject to availability.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 5 per pet, per night applies.

Check-in time: From 15:00 PM to 20:00 PM, after this time a supplement of €30 will be applied. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception, leave your car and go to Assisi for a visit or have lunch at our restaurant while you wait.

Check-out time: From 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, late check-out (on request) €50 supplement.

*Check-out and payment will take place at the Restaurant and not at the Reception*. Breakfast time: From 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM Lunch hours: From 12:00 PM to 14:30 PM (closed on Thursdays)

Dinner hours: From 19:00 PM to 20.00 PM (closed on Thursdays) Parking: Included, internal and unattended. Daily supplement: Baby Cot: €10, pets in the room: €5 (per pet)"
