The property is located on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s "WITHOUT ELEVATOR". The house is divided into two separate apartments each of which has a private bathroom, one is a studio flat, the other a two-room flat, both equipped with a personal fridge and espresso machine. There is, extremely to the rooms, a common kitchen equipped with everything for cooking. IMPORTANT It is strictly forbidden to bring people unrelated to the reservation into the apartments, under penalty of immediate cancellation of the reservation. If any type of breakage or damage is noticed inside the rooms it is to be reported immediately to the host in order to avoid being charged the cost of the repair at the time of check-out. Please also leave the kitchen, a shared area of the house which can be used free of charge, clean so that it can also be used by other guests, thank you.

The property is located in the heart of Taranto, two corners from the seafront where you can take a swim or a walk by the sea, from the pedestrian area, in an area served by supermarkets, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, public transport for ferry crossings or to go to seaside resorts. In the entire central area of Taranto, parking is paid, delimited by blue lines, at a cost of 1.00 euros per hour, from Monday to Saturday from 8.30 to 20.30. Parking can be paid for using tickets to be purchased at ticket offices or bars, using machines located on street corners or via the EASY PARKING or MOONEYGO app. For those arriving by train, from the station you need to take the AMAT city bus number 8/16/21/27 or 1/2 and get off at the stop on via Principe Amedeo corner of via Felice Cavallotti (in this case ask the driver for the closest stop with via Felice Cavallotti), it is 10 stops and takes 9 minutes. By taxi the cost is 10.00 euros (15.00 euros on holidays).
