Amazing romantic frontline apartment with 2 balconies & private parking space.
Enjoy the stunning lake front view & facing Bellagio (just 10 min away by ferry).
The atmosphere of the apartment and location will fill you with the joy of life.
You'll stay in the historic building "BELLE ILE" - it was one of the first hotels on the lake in the middle of '800.
Great location:
• 150 m (2 min) to the ferry station Cadenabbia (open till midnight !)
• next to the famous Villa Carlotta
• on the beautiful promenade "Greenway"
• top rated restaurant "BELLE ILE" on the ground floor + a lot of restaurants, bars, cafes around
• the Minimarket is 350 m away.
Spacious apartment (60 sqm) combines home comforts and the atmosphere of a hotel suite (since it was a hotel):
• separate bedroom with a balcony and breathtaking lake views
• spacious living room with a dining area. There is a comfortable sofa bed
• fully equipped kitchen (with a balcony suitable for 2 - 4 people): kettle, coffee machine, tea & coffee, toaster, stove, oven and a dishwasher
