The ideal structure for those looking for a holiday both sports and relaxation. A few steps throw from the Monte Baldo cable car and the center of Malcesine. The Xtreme shop Bike is under the apartments house, you can get here all what you need for you bikes and also hire. The sports paradise: Mountain bike , road bike, paragliding, trekking, hiking, kite-sufr, surf , sup. With the cable car you start from 80 up to 1700mt. You can relax on the beach, enjoy the fresh waters of the lake, after a day of sport Immersed in the lush nature that surrounds the lake. The aperitif by the lake at sunset will remain in the eyes and heart for a long time, as well as the evening walk through the characteristic streets of the old town, for shopping or where you can stop to taste a good glass of wine and a good pasta dish. Malcesine The ideal place for an unforgettable holiday.

Here we are Martina and Marco, mother and son, united by a great and immense passion for the territory in which we live . We consider ourselves lucky to live in a special place like this. We love outdoor sports that we practice in every season. Ski mountaineering, climbing, hiking, mountain biking, road biking. To make our territory known and to make all the guests enjoy this luck of ours, is for us stimulus to improve ourselves. Marco graduated in psychology, is e-bike guide and hiking guide, which have become his profession. He can accompany you to discover trails and special corners of our territory. Malcesine is called the perl of the lake, the ancient castle and the particular historical centre, the cable car , that in few minutes takes people from 0 to 1700mt up to the Monte Baldo with a wonderful view all around the moutains and the lake makes it the most visited and known village around the lake. in one hour you can visit the waterfall in Riva del Garda , or the Brenta Park if you love mountains, you can visit Gardaland if you come with family. Verona is only 50 km far from Malcesine , and Venice is 3 hours from it.
