Cosy apartment with balcony, a few steps away from the train station in Bologna. This apartment, located on the second floor reachable only on foot, comes with a living area with a dining area, a TV and two twin beds. The independent kitchen is well equipped, fitted also with an oven and a microwave, in addition to another dining table with chairs. Walking further there is the bedroom,very bright and furnished with a queen size bed and a spacious wardrobe. A large bathroom completes the apartment, coming both with a corner tub and a shower. At guests’ disposal there is air conditioning and heating. *Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season. The central station is 5 minutes walking from the apartment while the airport is 10-minutes drive.
