All'interno di un borgo del 1700, le Antiche Scuderie di Villa la Motta, storica dimora con parco d'illustri famiglie lombarde, sono state convertite in appartamenti moderni e confortevoli. Collegato al Golf dei laghi (18 buche) e a 150m dalla spiaggia attrezzata del lago di Monate, proponiamo appartamento con due stanze matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, sala con 1 divano/a due piazze e cucinotto. Accesso area riservata del parco di Villa la Motta e parcheggio auto privato.
