Large and bright apartments in the residential complex "Borgo del Torchio", located on a area of 30.000 metres, with pools, a jacuzzi and tennis courts, in Manerba del Garda. The pools inside "Borgo del Torchio" are located on different levels and in different places, to ensure peace and calm to all guests. They are open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required. *Use of tennis courts is allowed upon request to the residence reception. Both apartments have a private garage each.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of the hills of Valtenesi, and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tasting of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus, and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, and destination of a pleasant walk through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands. The apartment is located about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.
