2 rooms apartment (approximately 45 sqm) in downtown La Spezia The flat is completely furnished and just renewed It's made up of: - small living room/kitchen with table and chairs, general furniture and accessories. - bedroom: double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe and drawers. - bathroom with shower and washing machine. Neighbourhood information

The apartment is right in the centre of the city where there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bars, gyms and laundry shops. Right in front there is: - bus station to Portovenere, Lerici, Sarzana. - Ferry to go to 5 terre, Portovenere, Portofino, Lerici, Palmaria Island - 15 minutes walking from La Spezia Central Station.
