Our house is a very relaxing and quiet place, painted with the colors of the sea. It is perfectly located, few steps from the nice Fregene beach and near the Piazzetta, that is the centre of Fregene, with cafès pub shops and restaurants. Just around the corner there is the bus stop so that in few minutes you can go to Fiumicino Airport or to Maccarese station, where there are trains to Rome centre (the train journey takes about about 10-30 minutes, depending on the stations). The house is fully furnished and beautifully decorated, has a nice living room and a modern big kitchen, well equipped for many people. The rooms are very spacious. We provide bath towels and bed linen for all our guests. Outside there is a garden all around where you can relax, sitting on the sofas. There is a barbecue and an outside dining area, to enjoy special meals with your family and friends. There is also a cozy veranda with comfortable sofas and a dining table. We provide some free bikes for our guests, as Fregene is known as the town of bicicles (there is also a very long bike path along the beach). The house has air conditioning and heating, free wifi and free private parking outside the gate.

Fregene has a beautiful sandy beach, with plenty of beach clubs to choose, but there are also public free beaches. Along the beach there is a very long and beautiful bike path. There are plenty of restaurants, cafès, pubs, to enjoy the good italian food. Fregene is very well located, near Fiumicino Airport and not too far from Rome (easily reachable by train or by car in about 20-30 minutes). There is a public park, where children can play on the shade of pine trees and also an adventure park. You can also find a riding school, and equipped centers to practice water sports . Fregene is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation, to enjoy the local movida during the Summer and is also a perfect basis to visit the beauty city of Rome.
