The apartment is located in Calci in a recently renovated historic building surrounded by greenery in the quiet hamlet of Rezzano. It has its own parking space. It is arranged on two floors, paved with parquet, connected by an ancient stone staircase. It has a bedroom with a large double bed, and upstairs, inside the living room, a large two-seater sofa bed. It represents an excellent base from which to reach the main art cities of Tuscany and the coast. The apartment is 5 minutes from the monumental Charterhouse of Calci. The apartment consists of a large entrance hall/library on the second floor with a small sofa bed. Bedroom with large double bed, a closet and antique chest of drawers. The living area can be reached from the second floor by internal staircase and is furnished with a large sofa bed, two armchairs, TV cabinet. Study corner with small desk. The living area with exposed beams is illuminated by six large arched windows and is complemented by a large dining room with six to eight-seater table, kitchen, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The house overlooks the Valgraziosa on the slopes of Mount Serra (917 m), from which there are splendid views toward Pisa, LIvorno and the Tuscan Islands. Calci is a short distance from Pisa, which can also be reached by public transportation. Lucca, Livorno and the beaches of the Migliarino and Massaciucoli park, which are a half-hour drive away. Florence can be reached, also by train, in about an hour.
