This charming early twentieth-century villa, formerly owned by renowned artist and architect Giovanni Guerrini, expanded the property and designed the centuries-old park. Located at the foot of the first hills of Faenza, a city renowned for its ceramics, it is just ten minutes from the historic center. It is framed by long hedges of boxwood, cypress trees, Lebanese cedars, and maritime pines, creating shady and secluded corners for relaxation. All around, a seamless one and a half hectares of land cultivated with vines, olive trees, and various fruit trees are ideal for strolling and immersing yourself in nature. Guests have access to the spacious terrace on the first floor, also accessible from the garden via a spiral staircase.
