The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Pets: Yes. Small and medium sized. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
