House in a unique location in the city of Bolzano, surrounded by a dense mediterranean vegetation, away from the hustle of the city. The city centre of Bolzano can be reached by foot in approx. 15-20 min, at best via the Talvera Promenade or by city bus in approx. 7 min. Thanks to its fantastic and strategic location, the house is perfect for a short or long weekend to visit the sights of the city, as well as an ideal starting point for a longer holiday to get to know South Tyrol or to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the property. In the immediate vicinity are the roads to San Genesio or to the Sarentino valley, with many beautiful hiking opportunities; the latter is also suitable for skiing or tobogganing in winter. A bus stop for both places is about 5 minutes away from the property gate. If you drive with the car in the opposite direction, you can reach Merano or Lake Monticolo or Lake Caldaro in 20-25 minutes. Day trips to the rest of South Tyrol are also an option, not to forget Lake Garda. We give our guests des SÜDTIROL CARD with which they can take bus and train rides, visit museums, etc. free of charge.

Some information so that we can prepare the house optimally and also according to your wishes for you: Please let us know in advance if you need a baby bed, so we exchange the single bed on the 2nd floor with it. Please let us know in advance how you would like to sleep if you are booking for more guests: The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor can accommodate a total of 5 people: one single bed room, one double bed room and the balcony room with a sofa bed that can be prepared as a single or as a double bed (140 cm). If you book for 6 persons, we also have to prepare the sofa in the living room on the 1st floor as another double bed (160 cm), but this will affect the living quality of the living room during a longer stay.
