To the right of the entrance, you'll find the bedroom, featuring a unique white iron bed adorned with nautical knots – a true expression of stile mediterraneo. All three rooms offer wonderful sea views, and the floors throughout are finished with aquamarine tiles by Vietri Antico. The décor is both tasteful and full of character: sea-coloured cushions on white rattan furniture create a fresh, coastal ambience. Throughout the maisonette, you'll notice beautifully crafted stone wall lights – another elegant tribute to the arte mediterranea. The elegant bathroom is white and features charming ceramic inlays with marine motifs. It offers a tiled vanity unit, a crystal shelf, a semicircular shower cabin (90×90 cm), a toilet and bidet separated by a white sliding door, and a window. Every detail has been carefully and lovingly designed.

On the landing, a handcrafted “rosone” from the famous Vietri Antico (Amalfi Coast) catches the eye – a tasteful, hand-painted ceramic floor inlay that reflects the colours of the sea like a piece of designer art. Inside, custom-made white wooden doors lead you into the bright living room, which opens onto a spacious balcony with breathtaking sea views. To the left, through a graceful archway, you’ll find a second bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed – ideal as a peaceful relaxation or dining area if you prefer to eat indoors rather than on the terrace.

As an Italian would say: “una sensazione come su una nave in mezzo al mare” – like being on a ship in the middle of the sea. On clear days, you can even spot the lighthouse of the famous thermal town Torre Canne. The apartment’s refreshing Greek-blue shutters evoke the charm of traditional Mediterranean “maisons grecques”, blending beautifully with the coastal setting. Just 700 metres away, the picturesque fishing harbour of Villanova offers seasonal restaurants, bars, a newsstand, pharmacy, and bakeries – everything you might need within walking distance.
