OTHER DETAILS TO BE ANNOUNCED: - BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL: This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in). Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests. A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest. Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required. Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings. The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations. - ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: This facility has a self check-in, i.e. you enter completely independently. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival. Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM, with remote assistance until 9PM. - CHECK-OUT: Check-out is mandatory by 10AM. - CLEANING: A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali. - NO SMOKING STRUCTURE: Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation. - WELCOME KIT: We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay. - WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Cernusco is also known for the elegance of its historic buildings and villas. In addition to the aforementioned Villa Biancani Greppi, home of the Town Hall and a place to rediscover the most important passages in Cernusco's long history, a special note deserves Villa Alari Visconti, commissioned from architect Giovanni Ruggeri by Giacinto Alari in the 18th century. A splendid villa di delizia in the Rococo style, with a system of avenues and gardens in the English style, it soon became famous in the Milanese area, so much so that it was requested for rent by Archduke Ferdinand of Habsburg, son of Empress Maria Theresa. It was his summer residence in the company of his consort Maria Beatrice d'Este. The last family to own it was the Visconti Saliceto family, while since 2007 it has been municipal property. Also not to be forgotten is Villa Uboldo - home of the hospital - which with its lush English garden, now a public park, evokes an evocative romantic atmosphere. GETTING AROUND THE AREA: A short walk from Casa Andrea is the subway green line that in less than half an hour takes you to Milan and touches all the railway stations: Lambrate, Stazione Centrale, Garibaldi, Cadorna, Porta Genova, Romolo.
