We were lucky enough to purchase ‘Casa Bella Vista’ which dates back to approximately 1200ad. We instantly loved the village and liked the house as soon as we walked into it, even though much work needed to be done, it felt welcoming and homely. This characteristic property was renovated by a team of local craftsmen who restored a lot of the original features, like the exposed stone walls and original wooden beams. The area is great as you can combine both sightseeing and relaxing on a beach nearby. Its also great to just enjoy the traditional village life of Pereta.

My name is Jo-Anne and my husband is Simon. We both work and live in the UK and have two boys who both love football and our dog is called Lucia. My first trip to Italy was approximately 20 years ago and I loved Italy then... but fell in love with Pereta as soon as I saw it. Now we spend our holiday enjoying the Tuscan sun, the fantastic food and drink in our lovely holiday home Casa Bella Vista..

With the house in the heart of the village, you are not far from local amenities. The kids love Chingale Bianco’s pizza and my husband and I love Maria’s set menu! We also love sitting on the balcony over looking the stunning Tuscan countryside with a glass of the local Tuscan wine. My children love coming here and every time we leave they ask when can we return?! This is an ideal holiday destination in which to visit, Saturnia’s Hot Springs, Giglio Island, Porto Santo Stefano, Sienna, Rome, Florence, and many more!!!. Debbie is not only a great friend but she is managing the property for us, and I couldn’t wish for nobody better as Debbie has excellent knowledge of the village and surrounding area, Pereta is the perfect place to explore Tuscany!
