Finely furnished apartment with great value art insertions. Maximum comfort all optionals. Fascinating place which was home of the playwright Carlo Goldoni.
An unforgettable experience immersed in luxury and art.
The rent on it is not comprehensive of the tourist tax.
The tourist tax is calculated for each person per night for the first five nights. Children under ten do not pay the tourist tax. Teenagers between ten and sixteen pay half. When you book the apartment i will calculate the exact amount of the tourist tax and i will communicate it to you.
I am sorry for the hard way to calculate the tourist tax here in Italy but this is the way our politicians intend to facilitate tourism.
I live in Venezia, i am venetian, I love Venezia and I like to have guests who love this town. I offer to my guests a special welcome in a place rich of cultural and artistic motivations and a lot of comfort.
The apartment is in the Venezia's heart, really few steps ( 80 meters ) from Piazza San Marco. It is into the "Area Marciana" the art and history richest zone of the world. The apartment overlooks into a private courtyard. It is like a private garden. Courtyards are in Venezia but not so common to make this experience. Place is very quiet and reserved.
