All around the house a large and panoramic garden equipped with gazebo, outdoor furniture, barbecue, a 8x4 m. swimming pool (depth m. 1,45) and Jacuzzi bath (2 m x 2 m 4 people) and 2 bikes. GROUND FLOOR, comprising living-dining room with kitchen corner and fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled. HEATING TO BE PAID ACCORDING TO CONSUMPTION.

The holiday house Casa Cervognano, is plunged into a splendid landscape of silver olive groves and rows of vineyards, situated on a sweet hill, approx. 3 km far from Montepulciano, renowned village which embodies all Tuscan beauties, famous all over the world such as history, art, nature, good wine, extra virgin olive oil and genuine food.
