Iris is a bright and quiet vacation apartment located on the second floor with terrace. A combination of comfort and quality in 45sqm, consisting of open space living room with kitchen and an elegant bedroom with bathroom. Furnished in modern style is an ideal location for both a relaxing vacation and for business clients. Located a few steps from the historic center and 3 minutes walk from the shores of Lake Orta. Free private parking inside the structure on reservation.

On foot, a few meters from us you can find everything you need: supermarket coop, butcher, bakeries, pharmacies, clothing stores, banks, tobacconists, restaurants, bars and the hospital. At 2 minutes by car there are two other supermarkets, lidl and penny market and the outlet store Lagostina. Not to forget the outdoor market, every week on Thursday on the lakefront to taste typical products of our areas. In addition, the strategic location of Casa Coppa allows you to reach in a few kilometers Orta San Giulio, Lake Mergozzo, Stresa and the entire shore of Lake Maggiore.
