The 120 m² property consists of a large and bright living room with a sofa bed and an extendable table, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. The private outdoor area includes a terrace with table and chairs to eat outside and a garden with deckchairs to relax, all with a wide and beautiful view of the valley. A barbecue is also available for the guests. Furthermore, guests are free to use the swimming pool at the homeowner's property Mansarda Albero Verde con Piscina, located 2km away, between May and September - parking is available on site.
