Please ask the owners for the amount of additional linen costs as they cannot be calculated in advance and depend on the number of guests. Guests have to independently dispose of their waste by the end of the stay, otherwise a penalty of 50 EUROS be applied thank you

Delightful beach house with direct access to the splendid sandy beach of Marsala. 3 double bedrooms + 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower, 1 outodoor shower with hot water, 2 kitchens (one internal with 4-burner, cooking area and one outdoor with cooking area and barbecue) equipped with all kinds of utensils and objects for cooking and setting the table, plus a large fridge with separate freezer, living room, large veranda with living and dining area with table for 12 guests, laundry with washing machine, lovely courtyard surrounded from local essences and terrace, private parking, FREE Wifi, AIR Conditioning. Ideal for groups or families who want to combine relax with visiting western Sicily. The beach is only 30 meters away. The cost of linen/towels and tourist tax is calculated separately, based on the length of the stay and the number of guests.

The location of this house will surprise you, because it is really a few steps from the sand of the beach of Marsala. It is accessed both from the entrance courtyard, where it is possible to park up to 2 cars, and from the gate located on the side of the veranda.The house is located in the center between two mainly pedestrian private streets. At 2/3 of km there are all services such as supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, sport facilties. The house is located in a stretch of free beach in the center between the Marakaibbo beach and the Playa Blanca beach, which offer services with straw umbrellas, bar, restaurant and pizzeria. At about 500 meters further Lido Signorino / Tiburon beach also with yoga, fish restaurant and pizzeria, the restaurant A DUE PASSI DAL MARE is less than 1 km far away
