Casa di Pietra is a complex of 4 newly built two-room apartments. No expense was spared to offer the best to our guests, from the choice of colors for each element of its furnishings to complete soundproofing from the outside. Each apartment features a fantastic underfloor heating system that keeps the warmth evenly distributed throughout all rooms. Located in the heart of Pietra Ligure, with shops, bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The sea is easily accessible on foot in just 3 minutes. Pietra Ligure station is just 600 meters from the house. To park you can use the parking spaces on the seafront (for a fee from 8 to 20) or the free "Piazzale Flavio Geddo" car park, about a 5-minute walk away. The street of the house is a ZTL (limited traffic zone), but from 6:00 (6:00 am) to 9:00 (9:00 am) and from 14:30 (2:30 pm) to 15:30 (3:30 pm) it is possible to enter by car only to unload luggage, after which the car must be left in one of the designated parking areas. At other times, access by car is allowed only up to Piazza San Pio V exclusively to unload luggage, then it’s a 100 m walk to the house.
