Cozy and functional house, perfect for a family or for those looking for space and independence. On the ground floor, there is an independent entrance, which leads directly into a bright and well-distributed living room. The living room is tastefully furnished, with a comfortable sofa, creating an ideal environment for relaxation. Continuing, you enter the kitchen, separate from the living room, with a practical and functional layout, complete with all the necessary appliances and with two French windows overlooking the external courtyard. The courtyard, a small outdoor corner, offers a private space where you can spend moments of tranquility or organize breakfasts and lunches outdoors. Going up to the first floor with an internal staircase, we find a hallway that distributes the spaces. The modern bathroom, with sanitary ware and shower, is well positioned between the two bedrooms. The double bedroom is welcoming, perfect for creating a personal refuge, while the single bedroom, although smaller, is well-lit and comfortable.
Casa Dolce Forno is ideally located, just steps away from everything you need. Just 100 meters away you will find the Palanca boat stop, perfect for arriving and easily reaching the surrounding towns, 10 minutes by boat and you will be in San Marco. The convenience continues with a supermarket 100 meters away, ensuring easy access to daily purchases. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity you will find a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, a pastry shop and a butcher, all less than 100 meters away, to satisfy your every need and gastronomic desire. The Church of Sant’Eufemia is just 200 meters from the house. A truly convenient and well-served location, where every service is within easy reach.
