The ancient farmhouse “Casa Flosa”, built in the late 1800s and recently renovated, is located in Medicina, a town between Emilia and Romagna.
It offers modern and comfortable accommodation in the center of a large tree-lined courtyard, in complete calm.
25 minutes by car from the center and the Bologna expo center, 15 minutes from the Castel San Pietro Terme train station and 8 minutes from the A14 motorway, ideal for business trips, leisure and relaxation.
Free internal parking and wifi.
The Dall'Olio family has been taking care of the farmhouse since 1997. Franco, with the help of his sons Luca and Stefania, has made the most beautiful rooms available for guests. Attention to detail and respect for privacy are the basis of what we offer.
The property is located in the countryside of Medicina, close to the historical center of the village, where you will find bars, restaurants and other services.
The town swimming pool (outdoor in summer and indoor in winter), tennis courts, beach-tennis, beach-volley, beach-soccer and the skating rink are 300 meters away. For interested guests discounts or free access to the swimming pool are frequently available.
You can take beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside with a view of the Apennines.
