My house is located in a strategic position perfect for those who come to visit Vicenza as it is located NEAR THE HISTORIC CENTER (1.4 km 3 minutes by car and 5 minutes by bike which are included in the apartment for free), near the station to 1.7 km (4 minutes by car), 4.4 km from the fair. It is suitable for couples, business travelers. Below the house you will find the convenient bus stop to reach anything. The accommodation is very welcoming, large and spacious.

Neighbourhood information

At the foot of Monte Berico, in a recent building. The location of the apartment allows guests to reach the city center in 5 minutes by car and in 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is on the second floor (served by a lift) and consists of a small entrance hall, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with automatic blinds, a bedroom with single bed with balconies and a second bathroom with bathtub the sleeping area. All windows are equipped as well as darkened with mosquito nets. Wi-Fi, television, refrigerator, air conditioners are available. - bed linen and towels; The price refers to the use of the structure as "apartment for tourist use", includes cleaning before arrival, linen and towels. The price does NOT include the tourist tax that will be paid or left in the apartment. IS ESSENTIAL COPY OF THE IDENTITY CARDS OF GUESTS WHO WILL HAVE IN THE REGISTRATION APARTMENT.
