Casa Giovanni, thanks to its location, enjoys an optimal climate in any season: in winter the house is equipped with radiators placed in every room of the house; in summer the temperature (both the external one given by the vegetation, and the internal one) is pleasant (also by virtue of the fact that the structure is very old) generally or except for rare days of exceptional heat, at night you can sleep well with the windows open, there are still fans in every room. - For parking, there is a space on the property shared with the owners and neighbours about 20 metres from the entrance. - One small or medium-sized dog is allowed by prior notice at the time of booking. - - A damage deposit of EUR 5000 is required for under 21 years old groups.
