Welcome to our happy place! The apartment impresses with its unique location and unforgettable view. It is also very practical and offers enough space for everyone with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The two terraces offer plenty of space to relax and the evenings with sunset and views of the bay and “La Maddalena” are fantastic! Your own parking space is very important, especially in summer, and is included. In general, there is a lot of love in our apartment and it is easy to relax, be together and enjoy the beautiful nature.

Through my time studying in Italy I discovered my love for the country and especially Sardinia and later I fulfilled my dream of a small, fine apartment by the sea. I enjoy nature, food and people and am very happy to be able to share that.

In the heart of the Costa Smeralda! All well-known sights can be reached quickly. Supermarkets and restaurants in about 5-10 minutes. The beach & harbor are right on the doorstep and Olbia airport & ferry port are 30 minutes away.
