Casa Grace Pula (CIN IT092050C2000P0317) is a bright apartment is located in Pula, South Sardinia, on the first floor of a small building of only 8 units. It consists of an open space with combined kitchen and living room (air conditioned), two spacious bedrooms, one double (air conditioned) and one twin (with a tower fan), a bathroom with shower and a second bathroom (no shower) with washing machine, two small balconies overlooking a green field of olive trees and the "Church of San Raimondo" dating back from the 18th century. A reserved parking space is available in the underground condominium garage. A few km from Pula and Casa Grace, there are the amazing beaches of S. Margherita, Chia, Tuerredda, up to Teulada and Porto Pino... an itinerary of beaches to be experienced in the slow and relaxing rhythms that Sardinia offers to its guests.

Pula is a great destination for the all year round sea lovers. Ideal in the summer for diving and sunbathing and perfect in autumn and winter for the poetic atmosphere. Centre of 7.500 inhabitants of the metropolitan city of Cagliari, Pula is rich in naturalistic, archaeological and cultural treasures. Pula is the perfect location for all: for those who love the summer nightlife, events and aperitifs in the piazza; for the most active with a host of excursions and sports activities such as jogging along the tree-lined avenues leading to the archaeological park of Nora, one of the most famous archaeological sites in Sardinia. There you will find the ruins of an ancient city, the first Phoenician settlement in Sardinia (VIII century BC). You will admire the remains of Punic and Roman temples, of the forum, of stately homes, thermal baths with mosaics and an amphitheater, which in the Imperial age had 1000 seats, while today is the setting for "La Notte dei Poeti festival". And after, take a walk on the beach of Nora: golden sand lapped by the crystal-clear sea. East of Nora there is Su Guventeddu beach, appreciated by kite and wind surfers even in the winter months.
