It is located in a raised area just 1km from the lake, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view. ***Pool open from June to September*** In three minutes by car you can easily reach the lake shore and all the services you need (grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank). You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, admiring the view of the lake from your little garden or by the swimming pool! The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle; Furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly outside enjoying the view! To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for all your clothes. The bathroom is very large and has a shower with glass enclosure, sink, toilet and bidet. Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom. There is no private parking space but there are several condominium car parks just a few steps away, and a public car park less than 150 meters away.
