Offering a terrace with panoramic sea views, La Via del Mare is located in halfway on the stairs connecting the historic centre with the beach, 15 minutes walking from Isola Bella and within a 10-minute walk from the centre. Free WiFi is featured throughout. All air conditioned, rooms include tea/coffee making facilities and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are included. Breakfast is served daily on the terrace. Giardini Naxos is 5 km from La Via del Mare. Catania Fontanarossa Airport is 66 km away. Casa Via del Mare is at 10 minutes walking distance between the city centre and Isola Bella Beach, on the stairs that connect the centre with the beach. It is located in a street that once was used to be called “La via dei pescatori” or "La via del Mare" (the way to the sea) because it leads down to the famous beaches Isola Bella and Mazzarò (10 minutes of panoramic walking or by cableway). The external entrance of the house is communal: then, your room has a private entrance from the terrace. The rooms are privates and connected with the rest of the house only from the terrace to guarantee the privacy. The rooms are new and nicely furnished to offer you a comfortable staying. They are equipped with a double bed, armchair, air-conditioning, mini-fridge, kettle and of course, a nice private bathroom. The small furnished terrace just in front of the room will allow you to enjoy the beautiful sea view. The area is residential and safe. You can park your car in the public street for free, subject to availability. The street where the house is located once was used to be called “La via dei pescatori” or "La via del Mare" (the way to the sea) because it leads down to the famous beaches Isola Bella and Mazzarò (10 minutes of panoramic walking or by cableway). A good organization is to walk down to the beach and then go back by cable car. On the contrary, in few minutes walking up you can reach the city centre.
